Responsibilities 工作职责:



1.Monitor an d improve the product capacity to satisfy the requirement of plant.




监控并提升生产线的生产能力，满足生产需求；



1.Monitor an d improve the engine process capability. 监控并改善提高过程能力；


2.Provide product data to ensure the SOP of project on time. 提供生产数据，确保及时更新SOP；


3.Provide process training for operators to operate according to process document. 为操作工提供培训，确保按照工艺流程文件进行操作；


To lead the automatic production an d simplify the process.自动化导入和工序精简、生产效率等专项改善



Typical Education Level教育背景:



Bachelor’s degree Ｏr above. 本科及以上学历。







Specialized knowledge an d skills特殊技能：



1.CET-4 Ｏr above. 英语CET-4以上）


2.Above 2 year experience in IE Area an d having the bright viewpoint to plan the layout an d promote the capacity. 2年以上IE领域内经验，对layout规划、产能提升以及成本改善有独特见解和鲜明观点；


3.Be familiar with the IE an d Lean Production. 熟练掌握IE和精益生产的理论知识。
