目标与职责

•； Analyze product design an d requirements clients to define the scope of project；
分析产品设计及客人的要求，并确定项目（产品）范围；
•； Develop, implement an d maintain project timelines across multiple departments through quotation to 1st mass production；
与公司内多部门协调，开发，实施并维护项目进度表（由报价阶段直到第一次生产）；
•； Follow up the pilot sampling & qualification for both bare glass an d decoration, analyze the result an d conclude with a report an d action plan in case of need；
跟进光瓶和后加工的试产及验证，分析结果并总结报告，制定对应跟进方案；
•； Collaborate closely with internal department sales, marketing, mold, production, quality an d release of products to ensure the success of project completion；
紧密的与内部其他部门（销售，市场，模具，生产，质量等）的合作，以确保项目的成功完成；
•； Complete the other job NPD manager；
完成新品开发经理安排的其他工作；

Skills an d Qualifications
技能与资质

•； Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, material, chemistry Ｏr relative majors；
本科学历，机械，材料，化学及相关专业；
•； Careful & patient, dedicated in the process of product development；
细心，耐心，专注与产品开发的过程；
•； Good & effective communication with cross functional team an d client, supplier；
良好有效的沟通，包括其它部门，客户与供应商；
•； Good English on writing, speaking & listening；
良好的英语水平；
•； Skilled in MS Office, CAD is a plus；
熟悉日常的办公软件，懂CAD软件更好；
